Return Policy

At Luxe & Co Wigs, every piece is carefully quality-checked and sanitized before shipping. Due to the intimate nature of our products and for the safety of all clients, we are only able to accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The return is due to a confirmed quality issue (defect or incorrect item sent).

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color differences. To help ensure your perfect match, we offer detailed sizing guides, Virtual Vanity™ consultations, and expert support before purchase.

We encourage you to review all sizing and color information carefully prior to ordering. Our team is here to assist you every step of the way.

Return Process

  1. Receive Your Order
    Inspect your Luxe & Co piece immediately upon delivery.
  2. Review Condition
    Ensure the item is unused, unworn, unaltered, and still in original packaging with tags attached.
  3. Submit Return Request (within 7 Days)
    Contact our Luxe Support Team with your order number, product photos, and description of the issue.
  4. Return Approval
    Our team will review your request. If approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
  5. Send Back Your Item
    Ship your unused wig securely in its original packaging within the timeframe provided.
  6. Inspection Upon Return
    We will inspect the item upon receipt to ensure it meets return conditions.
  7. Refund or Exchange Issued
    Upon approval, your refund (minus shipping) or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

⚡️ Note: Returns that do not meet condition requirements will not be eligible for a refund or exchange and will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
