📦 Shipping:

We offer free shipping on all online orders—because luxury should never come with hidden fees.
80% of orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days. Estimated delivery time ranges from 11 to 15 days, depending on your location and order volume.


🔄 Returns:

Due to the nature of human hair wigs and for hygiene and product integrity, we do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Do not remove the item from its original packaging.
  • Take clear, unedited photos of the packaging and product (including the shipping box).
  • Email our Luxe Support Team with your order number and photos so our team can assist.

Once verified, we’ll offer either a replacement or a resolution that works for you.


🛡️ Why No Returns on Wigs?

Wigs are a highly personal product. Once opened or tried on, they cannot be sanitized or restocked. This protects you—our customer—from ever receiving a product that was previously worn or handled. Your peace of mind matters to us.
